Job brief

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy IT Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

As an IT sales professional, you'll need to:

·         Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone

·         Gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them

·         Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings

·         Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls

·         Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers

·         Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events

·         Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale

·         Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets

·         Accommodate all forms of complaints from customers and seek solutions both internally and externally to achieve company goals.

·         Regularly report on sales results.

·         Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives

Requirements and skills

·         Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably Communication/ Management /Computer Science/Information Technology (GPA minimal 2.8)

  • Max. 35 years old.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role at least 2 years working experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Will be work at BSD, Tangerang

  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
  • Tanggal mulai kerja: 15 March 2024
  • Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per bulan
