About the Company: Our client is world's largest food & beverage company that has exposure globally around the world.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of IT Security & Compliance (Market Functional Relationship Manager) in our multinational fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
Key Responsibilities:

• The Functional Relationship Manager (FRM) supports BRMs/ IT streams to decrease the complexity of collaboration between the Business and IT.
• S/he Acts as principal contact between multiple Business Stakeholders (Function, Market, GMB, CoS, etc.) and IT stakeholders through the products and services lifecycle.
• Security, Compliance & Risk Management:
• Accountable for ensuring all applications within their product are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements, Business Continuity Plans etc.
• S/he understands Business requirements and provides receivers with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT teams starting from the creation of (multi-) functional roadmaps to deployments, sustain and up to elimination of functional legacy solutions. Where applicable the FRM is accountable for the demand management processes within IT streams.
• Governance:
• Participates in the IT governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options
• Accountable for demand management (where applicable)
• Supports the business governance processes (e.g. automation that would remove business headcounts or drastically impact business ways of working
• This role particularly involves transparent communications, facilitation of issue resolution, triggering escalations processes when required, a deep understanding of the IT organisation, stakeholders and governance.
• S/he represents the Business for IT and IT for the Business
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
• Demonstrated experience in a product based IT organization
• 7+ years experience in IT (e.g. BA, PM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
• Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall)
• Understanding of modeling techniques
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
• Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area
• Working knowledge of APIs & integration, consumer research and UI/UX
• Understanding of how the technologies are applied in the scope by best-in-class companies
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
