Job Description:
- Assessment for customer current pain point, business objective and IT requirement.
- Design IT Infrastructure especially in IT Service Management (ITSM) Solution Architect based on assessment.
- Create topology, Build of Material and proposal.
- Give presentation to customer in form of product or solution presentation.
- As customer trusted advisor to give the best IT solution.
- Support around 5 to 10 sales person.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related. GPA 3.0 and above.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex solutions for enterprise-level projects.
- Familiarity with project management & ITSM methodologies and practices, as Solution Architects often work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with ITSM software, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or others.
- Understanding of ITSM-related technologies, including configuration management, incident management, problem management, change management, etc.
- Strong architectural and design skills, particularly in the context of ITSM solutions.
- Ability to design solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
- Certification in IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is preferably,
- Have a very good communication and presentation skill.
- Basic / Fluent in English.
- Willing to do business trip.
