We are looking for a dynamic DevOps Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles and a solid background in infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be adept at optimizing project applications for scalability, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and security of our infrastructure. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a critical role in accelerating our digital transformation initiatives, enhancing product development, and streamlining business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for project applications.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available systems on-premises and in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies for system reliability and availability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in DevOps, SRE, and cloud technologies to apply best practices in infrastructure management.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support in the planning and execution of digital transformation projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong background in infrastructure.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with coding and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
