- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify and implement IT solutions that support business goals
- Lead the development and execution of a digital roadmap for commercial operations, including CRM systems, Distributor Management System, Sales Automation, data analytics platforms, and mobile applications.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment between IT and business objectives.
- Oversee project management for IT initiatives within the Sales and Marketing division, ensuring timely delivery, on scope, on budget and meet ROI.
- Facilitate change management and training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in technology that can drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies.
