- Our client is a Japanese Property company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker After Service Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling problems at clients apartment, complaints and requests.
- Customer support & Japanese speaker (Japanese Translator).
- Arrange a schedule with the technician, property agent and clients.
- Make daily, monthly and yearly reports.
- Make a listing of clients date, check documents, collaborate with marketing team, and become a consultant for clients.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Conversational to Business Japanese and Conversational English proficiency.
- 1 year of experience in Admin or Customer Service division.
- Willing to travel daily.
