About The Company:
- The working venue is in Cikarang Pusat.
- Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Customer Relations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proceed to check in and check out for customers.
- Act as a relation staff between customer service and other departments.
- Responding to questions and demands from customers.
- Handle complaints and any issues from customers.
- Providing helpful information about apartment facilities and city public places.
- Providing feedback from customers to building management, to improve apartment service and overall customer satisfaction ratings.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum D3/S1 in any major (Open Fresh graduate from Hospitality major).
- Able to speak Japanese (minimum JLPT N3).
- Maximum age is 35 years old.
- Can communicate well using Japanese and comfortable interacting directly with Japanese.
- Available night shift.
- Willing to work in Deltamas, Cikarang.
