About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta Selatan.
• Our client is a Japanese Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker HRGA Legal Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the legal documents (business permit, agreement, working permit, VISA, reviewing company & government regulation, prepare mandatory manpower report or WLKP and company facilities report to government).
• Responsible for HR-GA matters such as handle payroll calculation, managing office supplies, facilities and assets, recruitment, travel arrangements, maintaining employee database, handle billboard tax, office relocation to Bekasi support.
• Translator work if needed (translate documents, meeting, bridge communicator between local staff and Japanese staff).
• Office relocation work ( select place and registration).
• Support engineer report application.
• Sometime visit Bekasi office.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have experience as HRGA in manufacturing minimum 2 year.
• More than high conversational level Japanese and English.
• Willing to be relocated to Bekasi.
