Job Desc :
●Respond to quotation inquiries related to groups from Japan. This includes confirming with suppliers, procurement, and conducting inspections.
●Provide facilitation support and preparation after the arrival of the group.
●Perform data entry tasks into the system.
●Handle reservation arrangements for the group.
●Communicate with Japanese clients and partners in Japanese, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirement :
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the travel industry is preferred.
* Proficiency in Japanese for effective communication with clients and partners.
* Having JLPT will be a plus
