Jewellery Executive/Online Sales

Responsibilities :

- Assist to manage website and marketplaces day-to-day operations ex: Response order

- Reply chat on MPs and Admin Phone (wa)

- Assist to manage upload and update product listing regulary on marketplaces

- Upload Banner and promotion update at MPs

- Packing product customer all channel

- Ensuring AVA: Availability, Visibility, Accessability Assortments

- Creating Collections / Categorization Products

- Report to Ecommerce Manager/SM

- Admin for Live Streaming 

- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

- Managing inventory

- Organized, and ability to adapt to fast paced environment

- Checking price, product description, images, name

Requirement :

- Bachelor’s degree from all major

- A minimum of 1 year working experience at Brand

- Having experience in handling online platform such as Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.

- Sales oriented

- Strict attention to details and passionate about E-commerce

- Customer Oriented

- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Understanding MS Office
