As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work among superstar engineers, product managers, and also designers in a very fast-paced, rapidly growing, and multi-cultural environment. You will be obsessed with customer’s experience and satisfaction, quality, and improvement. You’ll pilot research to uncover new user experience solutions and accountable for user experience design decisions in the organization.

Who you are and what you’ll do:

• Customer obsessed. You will take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users (internal team, shippers, transporters, and truck drivers).
• First-principles thinker. You will define problems, ideate solutions, draw low fidelity / high fidelity sketches, design interaction, and experience.
• Collaborative. You will work with superstar Product Managers and Product Engineers to build a product that customers want, brings viable business impact, and technically feasible.
• Let the best ideas win. You will give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Ownership. You will design and shape the brightest future of the company even though it means sacrificing your idealism and ego in the process.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in the product design field.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills that help you to quickly adapt to a new dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Experience in front-end programming will be a huge plus
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
