Job Description 

• Produce high-quality graphic designs, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media visuals, and website elements, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Work closely with the brand & marketing communications team to translate brand marketing strategy into creative strategies, including visual and motion graphics assets
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative creative output concepts (ie visual designs, photography, video contents, copywriting) for marketing campaigns, content, and branding initiatives.
• Create mood boards and visual references to communicate creative direction.
• Collaborate with videographers, and writers to ensure that design elements align with the creative direction and resonate with the audience.
• Support the development of visual content for campaigns.
• Participate in monitoring the performance of creative assets and campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related arts field is preferable
• Fresh grad / 1 year experience (work / internship) f&b marketing or any D2C brand
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, skill in 3d software would be plus point
• Highly creative, good time management, team collaborator, well organized
