Uraian Tugas

Responsibility:

  • Distributor development
  • Market development
  • People Development
  • Reporting and coordinating with Head of Zone, controlling the Head of Area/Sales Coordinator, collaborate with technical sales and Head office.
  • Accomplish the sales & distribution of SMII products with strategic planning & execution
  • Create, maintain and develop the team's spirit and assure the team's performance in selling and contributing
  • Create and maintain a strong bond between the team and customers
  • Capable dealing with customer & distributor


Requirements:

  • Good health, willing to travel and full of initiatives.
  • Minimum University/S1 Degree (Marketing or Economics is preferred)
  • Have selling experiences for at least 5 years with either Industrial Food Products, Bakery, food services (Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterings / FMCG) is preferred.
  • Experienced in B2B and handle direct customer is a must
  • Able to demonstrate a strong performance records in the sales field.
  • Computer literate. (Excel, Windows, Power point)
  • Mature, work independently, self motivated personality.
  • Good organizational, planning abilities and interpersonal communication
