Responsibility:
- Distributor development
- Market development
- People Development
- Reporting and coordinating with Head of Zone, controlling the Head of Area/Sales Coordinator, collaborate with technical sales and Head office.
- Accomplish the sales & distribution of SMII products with strategic planning & execution
- Create, maintain and develop the team's spirit and assure the team's performance in selling and contributing
- Create and maintain a strong bond between the team and customers
- Capable dealing with customer & distributor
Requirements:
- Good health, willing to travel and full of initiatives.
- Minimum University/S1 Degree (Marketing or Economics is preferred)
- Have selling experiences for at least 5 years with either Industrial Food Products, Bakery, food services (Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterings / FMCG) is preferred.
- Experienced in B2B and handle direct customer is a must
- Able to demonstrate a strong performance records in the sales field.
- Computer literate. (Excel, Windows, Power point)
- Mature, work independently, self motivated personality.
- Good organizational, planning abilities and interpersonal communication
