Uraian Tugas

The Owned Channel Analyst is responsible for optimizing and managing owned digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve channel performance, running UI/UX A/B testing & personalization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align Owned Channels with overall marketing objectives.

Education: 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 

Experience:

  1.  Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Owned Channels.
  2. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing technologies, SEO best practices, and emerging trends in Owned Channels.

 

Analytical Skills:

  1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  2. Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  3. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to innovative content strategies.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Channel Optimization:

  1. Analyze performance metrics for Owned Channels (e.g., website, mobile app, email, push, SMS) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Implement and run strategies to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and drive conversion rates.

 

Content Strategy:

  1. Develop and execute content strategies for Owned Channels that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  2. Collaborate with 3rd parties to ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all Owned Channels.

 

Data Analysis:

  1. Utilize analytics tools to gather, interpret, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Owned Channels.
  2. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content, user journeys, and overall channel performance.

 

User Experience (UX) Enhancement:

  1. Design, create, and optimize experiment plans, A/B testing, and personalizations to reach business metrics
  2. Improve website & app navigation, functionality, and overall user experience

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall digital marketing strategy.
