Jr. Procurement Associate

Role Overview:

You'll be building and keeping up relationships with vendors and suppliers while making smart decisions in a fast-paced setting. Your tasks include checking and managing all vendors, handling purchase records, and negotiating prices and contracts. You'll also be planning purchases, making sure they meet business needs, and working with the team as required. Good communication with everyone involved is key!

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Review all vendors and suppliers
• Maintain purchase records and other important and relevant data
• Negotiate pricing and Supply Contracts
• Develop plans for purchasing services and supplies
• Ensure that goods and/or services meet business requirements and standards
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed
• Maintain communication and relationships with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Ability to negotiate contracts
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and excellent communication skills
• Accurate attention to detail also a team player
• Min. 2 years of working experience as a Buyer / Procurement Officer in related fields
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Engineering, or other related fields
• Experience working in e-commerce, fin-tech, or start-up is a plus
• Good command in English
• Good command of Microsoft Office skills
