Juice Bar & Cafe Manager

Are you a experienced café professional with a passion for healthy living, customer service, and team management? Canggu Juice Bar is looking for a Manager to lead our new juice, coffee, and smoothie café located in Berawa, Canggu.

**Start Date March/April**

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and contributing to the opening and growth of the business. Your duties will include:

• Staff management: Hiring, training, and leading a team of enthusiastic individuals.
• Inventory control: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring appropriate use of resources.
• Staff Scheduling: Creating and maintaining staff schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Generating regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
• Café operations: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Product knowledge: Demonstrating a deep understanding of coffee, juice, smoothies, and smoothie bowls.
• Business Development: Drive business development initiatives to enhance income streams, develop business partnerships, and implement ideas for continuous growth and success of Canggu Juice Bar. 

Requirements:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with stock management, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A passion for healthy living and a sound understanding of café operations.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Highly regarded:

• Proficiency in using Moka POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Barista skills.
• Knowledge or skills in cold-pressed juice recipe creation and preparation, reflecting a commitment to providing our customers with high-quality and nutritious beverage options.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week across 6 days.
