Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for salads including vegetables, fruits, and additional proteins such.
- Manage the stock of Salad Bar ingredients and ensure the availability of required items daily.
- Prepare salad dressings and sauces according to established recipes or based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Salad Bar area, including providing clean utensils and containers.
- Manage salad preparations for a variety of dietary options, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free.
- Present salads in an appealing manner and ensure the aesthetic appearance of the Salad Bar remains attractive to customers.
- Ensure that food quality and safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting salad options that fit their preferences and dietary needs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and availability of additional ingredients when needed.
Report to the food and beverage manager regarding Salad Bar performance, customer requests, and operational issues that arise.
