About the Role

Apart from running our own program, we also participate in the government's efforts to better the Indonesian workforce, by contributing through the Kartu Prakerja program by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. This program aims to develop workforce competency and increase the productivity and competitiveness of the Indonesian workforce.

As a Junior Student Success Executive, you will be expected to operate with a proactive and student-centric approach, actively engaging with students to understand their needs and challenges and providing personalized support and guidance to help them complete the course. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to gather feedback, implement improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the program. Key operating principles include responsiveness, empathy, resourcefulness, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

By embodying these key skills, competencies, and operating principles, you will play a critical role in driving student success and satisfaction within our program.

More specifically this role will be responsible to:

  • Actively engaging with students to understand their needs and challenges
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to help them complete the course
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather feedback, implement improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the program.
  • Key operating principles include responsiveness, empathy, resourcefulness, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has and/or is strong at:

  1. Effective listening skills with a high level of empathy. As a trusted contact for the students, you will handle various complicated issues from the students. We believe that half of the problem is solved when you listen actively. Going even further, we believe that good listening is not enough. You need to have a high level of empathy to understand them and provide the best customer experience for the students.
  2. Communication skills. You will help guide our students to find solutions to their problems. Sometimes you need to deliver news that is hard to swallow and having great communication skills will help you to thrive. On the other hand, you will work with various different teams internally to solve the problem and you need to be communicative to ensure we come to the best solution available.
  3. Proactive and resourceful problem-solving. In this role, you'll need to anticipate challenges and actively seek innovative solutions. Being proactive means taking the initiative to address issues before they escalate, while resourcefulness involves creatively leveraging available resources to overcome obstacles and ensure student success.
  4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You'll be adept at navigating tasks autonomously while also seamlessly integrating into collaborative efforts with internal teams. This versatility ensures efficient progress towards our shared goal of enhancing student success and program effectiveness.
  5. Attention to detail. One of our cultural values is a high standard and it has been the key to our success. You will need to enjoy double-checking your work in order to thrive in this role. In short, you need to live by the motto “The devil is in the details”.
  6. Other: Familiarity with Customer Success / customer service / front desk role will be a huge plus.
