Junior Data Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain database system in BINUS units including configuration, security, resource monitoring and reporting, troubleshooting.
• Provide excellent service towards user, in relation to the service request, data and information update in BINUS business unit/ division.
• Apply procedures related to data/information request and database in relation to data authorization, change and withdrawal.
• Maintain data synchronization across database in all BINUS business unit/division
• Ensure all the data complies with legal regulations.
• Maintain the quality of Data Analyst processes.
• Ensure data security and accuracy in all BINUS business unit/division.
• Identify user need and automated data request service by using reporting application (data access).

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement:

• Minimum University student (4 th semester) in Computer Science, or other major related to Data Science (e.g., Math, Statistics, Information System)

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• No working experience

• Database Management System (DBMS)
• Web Services Administration (system and application)
