- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Manage registration, deletion, updating, and payment processes for BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Manage registration, deletion, updating, and payment processes for Health Insurance
- Assist with the recruitment process by issuing Letter of Offer & Employment Agreements (for specific positions only)
- Create Employment Agreements for contract renewals, addendums, and monitor employee contract and probation status
- Calculate monthly overtime for Office Boy
- Assist in the offboarding process by creating Resignation & Release Statement and collecting Exit Clearance Checklist.
- Assist in the yearly Performance Review process
- Prepare Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan for each branch (yearly)
