Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
• Support HRIS data management activities including data entry, validation, and integrity checks.
• Provide technical support to HR team members and end-users on HRIS-related issues.
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HRIS principles and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
