We are seeking talented Interior Design Professionals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

Junior / Intermediate Interior Design Professional Responsibilities

• Develop Interior Design concepts that is reflective of client's goals
• Conducting programming efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment. lighting and color coordination
• Developing color, material palettes, interior boards
• Participates in selection of FF & E color palettes & material presentations, and generate specifications
• Prepare and conduct client presentations
• Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirement
• Thrive with personal responsibility and accountability

Qualifications

• Completion of an Architecture or Interior Design degree (S1)
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
• Experience in all stages of a project, from conceptual to construction administration and review.
• Experience in interfacing and working with consultants
• Demonstrating practical knowledge of interior detailing
• Outstanding graphic presentation skills
• Highly proficient in AutoCad
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and graphic softwares such as Rhino, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, vRay, Photoshop, InDesign
