Junior It Consultant

Job Description:

• Meet with clients or users to find out their data migration needs.
• Create a project plan for the migration process, including mapping risks and potential impacts.
• Downloading the the needed data template from SuccessFactors (SF).
• Cleanse data as necessary to remove the potential for issues with data migration.
• Find and fix any outstanding faults or issues with migrated data.
• Validate and Import the data to SuccessFactors (SF).
• Ensuring all the data already valid as per the format supposed to be.
• Generate report from SuccessFactors (SF) for data reconciliation with data received from the client.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from any major, IT and Statistics would be a benefit.
• Fresh graduates are considered.
• Have good attitudes and high persistence.
• Humble and mature personality.
• Willing to leand or update new technologies.
• Excellent Excell Skill (Vlookup or any formula for comparing data between data source and actual data processed in the system, and also change data format as needed by the system).
• Experienced on SAP HCM or SAP Successfactors Data Migration would be a benefit.
