Job Descriptions
Practicum & Teaching Activities :
- Arrange and conduct pre-teaching meeting
- Conduct teaching and learning activities in related Laboratory (i.e., practicum session, tutorial, and training)
- Ensure teaching and learning activities implementation compliance to standard, procedure, and safety regulation.
- Prepare practicum attendance documentation and practicum activity report.
- Regularly calibrate and ensure maintenance of practicum software, tools and equipment.
- Regularly conduct inventory checklist for Laboratory tools, equipment and materials.
- Communicate with Teaching Faculty related to practicum sessions, assignments, projects, and exam (including questions, data, answer sheet and schedule)
- Conduct scoring process and collection for various student practicum activity (i.e., various project, assignments, reports and / or practicum examination) on time
- Ensure data confidentiality from related assistant activities
- Ensure effective process of related practicum activities according to the assignment
- Provide consultation for part time assistant and students related to practicum content and activities
- Participate in training related to various activities in related Laboratory
- Carry out activities to achieve the KPI targets set by department.
Research & Development Activities :
- Provide activities in Research & Development :
- Implement practicum module prior to CO / OR, latest knowledge, tools and technologies.
- Implement assessment scheme and tools (i.e. : quizzes, individual and team assignments, projects, and exams) with answer sheets and / or marking rubrics.
- Participate, promote and encourage students to participate in Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) competition
- Participate, promote and encourage students to participate in Student & Lecturer competition.
- Provide training and coaching for part time assistants.
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement :
Minimum University Student (4th Semester) (Major In related Study Program / Program)
Work Exposure / Experience :
- No working experience
