Junior Manager E-Commerce

Job Responsibilities :

• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance

Job Requirements :

• Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
• Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
• Extensive experience as an e-commerce specialist/ senior e-commerce specialist.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Familiar with handling some e-commerce such as Shopee and Tokopedia.
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Unmatched supervision, research, customer-oriented, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Semarang.
