Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience in product / brand management (preferably from FMCG, Baby products or Lifestyle brands).
- Fluent in Indonesian and English.
- Independent, strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, team builder, fast learner and enjoy lifestyle & latest lifestyle trends
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, dynamic, creative & innovative but yet result oriented.
- Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition).
- Proficient with MS Office, Internet application.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market, company awareness and Founder personal digital presence. ( Offline and Online/Digital)
- Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, marketing budget management, planning of promotion activities ( online and offline)
- Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to help increase sales of the selected brand product.
- Monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation.
- Proficiency in using YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok platforms for product marketing and brand promotion, mainly to promote the achievement of sales.
- According to the marketing purpose, formulate cooperation terms flexibly, and analyze and monitor the performance of KOL.
- Classify online celebrities/KOL according to marketing goals (Traffic boosting, Converted sales, Engagement Rate)
- Maintain, managed, and arrange all influencers, develop marketing plan according to marketing purpose (manager)
- Follow Brand(s) and Competitors' Performances.
- Full Work from Office in Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
- Range Salary 6-8 Mio/Month
