Junior Merchandiser

1. Requirements

·Candidate must process at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree any field

·Have minimum 1-2 years experience in the retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle

·Good Communication skills, good leadership skills and analytical skills.

·Able to operate Microsoft office

·Fluent in English.

2. Jobdesk

·Lead, implement and develop purchasing and selling strategies.

·Analyze sales trends to anticipate future product needs

·Ordering goods and monitoring the distribution of goods

·Conduct promotions and price reductions

·Analyze the needs of each store and the differences based on factors such as store size and sales targets

·Ensuring the right number of products is available in each store

·Create merchandise launch forms
