- Achieving Sales Targets by the target set by Management
- Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers
- Responsible for performing full sales function, promoting and acquiring new sales, and growing sales from existing customers âĸ Managing customer accounts, including forecasting, planning, and executing sales initiatives, and building stronger business relationships
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
âŠī¸ Requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field
- Have experience in sales in forwarding/logistics for at least 1 year, advanced selling skills B to B / Industrial Market
- Must have a good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Committed to finding & developing our business through an
- Excellent client approach and distinctive selling strategy
- Good mentality and drive to work both, independently and in a team âĸ Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and mobile as needed
