• Achieving Sales Targets by the target set by Management
• Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers
• Responsible for performing full sales function, promoting and acquiring new sales, and growing sales from existing customers • Managing customer accounts, including forecasting, planning, and executing sales initiatives, and building stronger business relationships
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

⛩️ Requirements

• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field
• Have experience in sales in forwarding/logistics for at least 1 year, advanced selling skills B to B / Industrial Market
• Must have a good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
• Committed to finding & developing our business through an
• Excellent client approach and distinctive selling strategy
• Good mentality and drive to work both, independently and in a team • Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and mobile as needed
