You will ensure every financial data and financial reporting process is smooth. As a Junior Tax Staff, you must have experience handling Xero systems. We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, passionate, and has an eye for detail.

The intention of the official position is: 

A Junior Tax Staff is a key member of the accounting team responsible for managing the various tax activities within an organization. This role involves a degree of rigor and accuracy in recording and creating tax reporting. They will work closely with senior tax and other departments for smooth financial processes.

Responsibilities : 

• Prepare the monthly tax calculation (Tax Article 21/26, Tax Article 23/26, Tax Article 4(2), and VAT)
• Prepare the annual tax calculation (Corporate Income Tax Return, Annual Employee Income Tax Return, Annual Individual Income Tax Return)
• Prepare the monthly and annual tax return
• Prepare the reconciliation from the General Ledger
• Filling the tax return to the tax office.
• Taxes (Stay updated for regulation, PPH23, PPH26, PPH 4 ayat 2, PPH21, PHR)
• Accuracy Data and System
• Enforce internal controls to minimize tax risk, including stock control
• Ability to provide supporting documents and data for tax audit and financial audits 

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable University, major in Accounting or Taxation with min GPA of 3.00
• Fresh Graduate (having experiences in a similar position will be a plus)
• Familiar with Tax procedure, regulation, and e-SPT
• Comfortable in English written and conversation
• Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.) is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking, Team player, Analysis skills & Detail-oriented
