Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end ownership of Junkyard WASTE MANAGEMENT, to Analyse industry trends, pricing structures of PET bottles and rABS regrinds.
• Price negotiations with the junkyards constantly as pricing change regularly, PET and rABS material deliveries to FTS Batam (close work with FTS Operation), establish and maintain strong relationship with junkyards through regular communication.
• Support the scouting of potential junkyard suppliers in Batam and islands within Riau Islands and rABS supplier within the Indonesia, sourcing team in developing agile junkyard phase in – evaluation process, regular process audits to ensure company policies are implemented.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within supplier workplace, act as a sole contact window from FTS to the informal sector for any topics (delivery, quality etc)  
• Implement best practices to enhance overall effectiveness of the junkyard supplier network, monthly Score card & Supplier Performance review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with any discipline, minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and understanding skill and effective execution, solid skill for Microsoft Office, SAP, Costing and Market trend analysis.
• Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently.
• Good English skills both on reading, writing and spoken.
