Uraian Tugas

Job description:

  • Achieve sales targets set by management
  • Manage the entire operations of the sales branch
  • Develop sales strategy and distribution strategy, and ensure its quick and aggressive implementation
  • Build positive relationship and good communication with all customers
  • Lead and develop a team of Salesmen to achieve Sales Target
  • Evaluate the entire Branch team according to Sales Target or objectives set by management
  • Responsibility on Operational of Warehouse, Sales, and Bill Collection

Qualification:

  • Minimum of education are S1 in all majors
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Head of Branch position
  • English (active both spoken and written)
  • Minimum experience in a Oil and Gas Corporate
  • Have extensive relationships with current customers and ability to build relationship with new customer
  • Have a proven ability to drive and lead Salesmen to achieve sales targets
  • Target oriented. Proven Track Record to be able to deliver sales growth
  • Good negotiation skill & ability to lead a team of people under him/her
  • Familiar with the geographic coverage of shops/customers in his/her area
  • Have a driving license
  • Must be willing to travel outstation
  • Stay at Tanjung Balai Karimun (Kepulauan Riau)
