Uraian Tugas

  • Prepare annual sales activity plans including calculating quarterly, monthly and weekly demand forecasts from Chinese customers and Smelter and Mining construction projects so that cement sales targets (tonnage) are achieved.
  • Carrying out Account Mapping per area and determining Potential Accounts that will be prospected according to market conditions and potential so that the cement tonnage sales target is achieved.
  • Determine targets for each personal Key Account Executive per month and Key Performance Indicator standards and develop an incentive system for the Key Account Executive team to ensure they can achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct weekly performance evaluations for each Key Account Executive regarding target achievement, market developments, active customer developments, competitor developments, marketing activities, and cost use to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key Chinese company customers following established procedures to ensure long-term cooperation.
  • Monitor ongoing project activities starting from cooperation agreements, and project design until project completion by obtaining optimal profitability and helping invoices to be paid.
  • Handle complaints from customers according to ability and coordinate with Technical Specialists regarding technical problems that cannot be handled.
  • Ensure that each Key Sales account fills in daily activity and visit plans to make it easier to carry out sales tasks and prepare reports for performance evaluation.
  • Providing training to Key Account Executives both regarding product knowledge and soft skills to improve their ability to make sales.
