Key Account Executive

Placement:

• Bandung, West Java

Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for all aspects of accounts handling/servicing via relationship management with obstetricians & gynecologists (OBGYNs), pediatricians and/or other medical audiences
• Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators from assigned territories
• Coordinate and manage maternity / hospital-related events
• Directly responsible for all enquiries of all product & services and pre to post sales activities
• Assist in customer support and handle support line and mainline enquiries rostered out

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales or Key Account Management or Customer Service (preferable from health or insurance industry)
• Must be familiar with healthcare industry
• Able to work independently and without close supervision
• Able to work with all levels of authority
• Highly driven, result oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in selling process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sociable, confident, empathetic and well-groomed
• Proficient in English, both speaking (Minimum. passive) and writing
• Preferably have a valid driving license and possess own vehicle
