Job Description:
- Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through approved and allocated channels.
- Submit orders according to approved product price lists.
- Preparation of weekly reports and transmission to the direct manager
- Present and maintain a professional image when dealing with customers, selling products through professional sales techniques, providing product service, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Communicate to customers timely and effectively on special programs, brand reminder/advertising programs, and new products.
- Collect competitive information, handle and solve customers' problems and complaints through investigating root causes and making recommendations to management.
- Conduct quality sales calls and maximize time spent with customers through territory optimization planning.
- Promote all assigned products with value-added selling in accordance with the company's strategy to increase products' market share.
- Follow up on back orders, assist on stock return of damaged and expired stock in customer outlets and distribution center.
- Provide effective regular communication with the sales team.
- Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma's core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions.
- Ensure timely preparation and launch of customer activation, which includes promo display setup, warehouse sales, roadshows, events, and fairs.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university, preferable majoring from pharmaceuticals or medical background
- Possess an educational background in business or in marketing (preferably)
- 1 or more years’ experience in sales leadership
- Have a strong track record of success building & leading high-performing sales teams: meeting targets and grow business.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience of success track record in sales or trade/commercial marketing at consumer healthcare/FMCG
