Key Account (Food Platform)

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms (Gofood, Grabfood, etc)
• Responsible for online sales achievement.
• Maintain store performance to a high standard in the market platform 
• Implemented marketing & Campaign plan to drive traffic & sales conversion.
• Keep updated with promo(s) and discounts trend and program
• Content operation & strategy optimization on the search suggestion feature for the market platform project
• Focusing on products visuals (in-store banner, landing page, products photos, etc）
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the E-Commerce sales funnel, including website usability,CRM, conversion rates, and customer experience
• Registering Online Food Platform inside Indonesia and overseas
• Lecture franchiser on understanding how the platform works, etc
   

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from all majors.
• Fluent in ENGLISH (is a must)
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good understanding in online Food Platforms such as Shopeefood, Grabfood, Gofood, etc
• Experience in online Food Platforms fields and social media ads.
• Have Experience in F&B Industry would be good
• Having good communication, negotiation and time management skill
• Have excellent leadership, teamwork, problem solving, planning and decision making
• Able to operate Microsoft office (especially PowerPoint & excel)
