Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients to acquire customers and offer Sayurbox administrative services and TOP solutions for revenue growth for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts with careful KYC, understanding their financing needs, and ensuring that the organization provides tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement solutions that align with the financial objectives and goals of key clients. This includes assessing creditworthiness, structuring deals, and negotiating terms.
- Work closely with B2B commercial and sourcing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing Key Accounts, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of Key Accounts to mitigate potential risks associated with lending.
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics of Key Accounts to evaluate their financial health and provide data-driven recommendations for financing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, internal control, and finance departments, to streamline processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and financial performance. Provide regular reports on Key Account performance, revenue generation, and market trends.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account management, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, credit analysis, and lending practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
