Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on Building Materials products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8 years' experience in sales and business development in a multinational company for the job of Key Account Executive. The job is based in Cileungsi, Bogor, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales activities for Building Material products in the Jabodetabek and West Java regions.
- Understand and meet the specific requirements and needs of our valued distributors and partners.
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with our distributors and partners.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services, demonstrating how they excel in quality, affordability, and timely delivery.
- Exceed the sales targets set by the company, driving growth and profitability.
- Provide pre-sales technical guidance, deliver product education, and offer post-sales support services.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, showcasing how our products align with our clients' needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Technical Engineering, with a strong preference for those in Civil or Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience in the Building Materials or related industry.
- Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A).
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
- Willingness to travel beyond the Jabodetabek area.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
