With "A" accreditation, our focus at Kiddie Land Montessori is on empowering each child to reach their full potential, fostering creativity, self-confidence, and a genuine love for learning in every student Our classes are structured based on age groups to cater to the specific developmental needs of children at different stages. From our Mom and Baby classes that promote bonding to our Toddler until Preschool classes where children enhance their skills, each level is thoughtfully designed to provide age-appropriate learning experiences and a strong foundation for their educational growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning, preparing, delivering lessons and assessing students in accordance with the school's agree policies and guidelines
• Able to work independently as well as within team in preparing class or school events
• Maintaining a good relationship with colleagues, parents, staff and other professionals
• Participating in training, workshop, and other learning activities and performance development as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Literature, English Education, Early Childhood Education (PG PAUD), or Psychology with min. GPA 3.00
• Preferably female (max. 35 years old)
• Junior professionals and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluent both oral & written in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have passion for teaching young children
• Available for training in February/ March 2024
