Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be able to manage media and influencer partnerships for impactful campaigns. Involves identifying, engaging, and coordinating with Key Opinion Leaders across social platforms, overseeing the entire KOL process from briefing to reporting. Collaborating with team members, crafting content strategies, and requiring at least 1 year of related experience, and strong project management.
Job Description:
- Main Objective: Quantity and Quality
- Have the ability to handle affiliates for e-commerce
- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms or Special niche
- Always updated about developments in other brands, trending content, and campaigns
- Implement the KOL engagement campaign by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables
- Create and Implement a KOL Campaign based on the team’s goal and purpose
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year or having internship experience in the same field.
- Have a passion for the Personal Care industry.
- Good at identifying trends in social media platforms, especially IG and TikTok.
- Good project management and execution skills.
- Good negotiation skills and interpersonal relations.
- Willing to WFO from Tangerang Regency.
