Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential KOLs on TIKTOK s who are suitable for brand/campaign objectives
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
- Deploy successful in-person marketing events and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Organise and take full ownership that maintain collaboration that will help us generate more sales business, nurture relationships with clients and improve our brand image across Indonesia.
- Maintain strong relationships with the media and collaborate on earned media releases
- Measure and report on the performance of all event campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals to identify areas for improvement
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Diligently identify and manage influencers, effectively utilizing their impact to drive sales.
- Strategically conceive and execute a referral program to empower prospective resellers and expand our outreach network.
Requirements:
- min 3 year’s experience as KOL Specialist ( focus on Tiktok)
- Proficient in managing the entire lifecycle of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for in-house products
- Strong with organization and project management
- Attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- English is a MUST
