• Manage and monitor the performance of collectors and remedial to achieve set targets• Assist collectors in debt collection or installment resolution• Ensure collectors work according to their workload• Report and discuss branch's target achievements, issues, and difficulties to superiors
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a coordinator or collection staff in a financing company• Maximum age of 35 years old• Minimum D3 degree in any field• Own a motorcycle and have SIM C• Proficient in Ms. Office for report creation• Placement: Dayamurni, Lampung
