Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate Korean Chef to join our culinary team. The Korean Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Korean dishes, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and taste. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Korean cuisine, including traditional cooking methods, ingredients, and flavor profiles. They should also be creative, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Korean dishes, including but not limited to kimchi, bulgogi, bibimbap, and various types of banchan (side dishes).
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate the timing and plating of dishes, especially during busy service periods.
Stay updated on current trends and developments in Korean cuisine, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into menu offerings.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff members, guiding proper cooking techniques and procedures.
Handle special dietary requests and accommodations for guests with allergies or food sensitivities.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.
