L1 Network Security Engineer

Role Overview:
As a member of the technical team, you will use your understanding of network/security architectures and general knowledge about other IT environments (server, load balancer, etc) to support the implementation team in a way of your knowledge and ideas.

This position handles deploying and inspecting IT network systems. and have the ability to monitor, regularly check, respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions, diagnose and troubleshoot on entry level, also Perform a problem/troubleshoot escalation to L2 if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Primary point to carry out work in the field according to customer requests with courage and responsibility.
- Follow-up with Technical Assistant Support to resolve product issues.
- Able to work in a team with flexible time and place.
- Can accept differences of opinion in carrying out work and prioritize completing work
- Participate intensely in analyzing troubleshooting problems faced both in terms of ideas and knowledge.
 

Requirements:
- Having experience in a network/security technical role in an IT company is an advantage.
- Understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Has an entry-level understanding of Windows, Linux, or Unix.
- Brave and never give up on learning new things.
- Ready to be assigned in the field to deal directly with customers.
- Have basic knowledge of understanding and speaking in multiple languages, especially English
- Prefer candidates with network or security certifications, such as CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, NSE4, or other certifications.
