Uraian Tugas

Laboratory analysts set up test equipment in the lab to complete specific procedures
Laboratory analysts follow safety standards and protocols at all times in regards to safe handling of materials and wearing proper protective equipment.
Laboratory analysts perform complex chemical tests on materials and samples as requested or assigned.
They diligently log and analyze the data revealed by lab tests.
Laboratory analysts perform maintenance on lab equipment by making calibrations, cleaning equipment, replacing parts, and otherwise keeping equipment functioning properly. They also troubleshoot lab equipment to spot problems and report issues to the lab supervisor.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing data from tests, interpreting the results, and providing reports on their findings.
Laboratory analysts keep laboratory and work areas clean and organized.
Analysis daily and shift line data to identify and prioritize abnormalities in laboratory
Participates in internal audit program, food safety committee, and sanitary design team
Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures
Assists in the implementation of the QRMP program
Responsible for the implementation of ISO 22000 in the plant area.
Works overtime as necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned
