Uraian Tugas

Job Description :

  1. Develop strategies to resolve Land Management and land use conflicts in line with company policy & standards and maintain positive company image and reputation in conducting land acquisition activities.
  2. Prepare land acquisition action plan in accordance with AMC business and management requirements, guidelines, local context, and prevailing government laws and regulations.
  3. Plan and manage the acquisition of land for all areas needed to support the Company development across all mine sites and areas on interest.
  4. Communicate, identify, & negotiate land compensation requirements with land owners within reasonable price & timeframe to meet Company's financial & project development objectives.
  5. Ensure proper coordination with and involvement of relevant government institutions, community groups & other stakeholders to achieve required Land Management and approvals.
  6. Ensure proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections
  7. Work and support as required by the External Relations Division in obtaining location and other permits or approvals to support the Company development.
  8. Maintain and report accurate financial records associated with all land acquisition activities.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Forestry
  • 3-5 Years relevant experience
  • Having career background in Wood Industry will be advantageous
  • Certified in GANIS
  • Certified in GIS
