• Build good relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients• Create daily laundry production reports including quality reports and other daily reports• Ensure availability and use of all operational needs• Implement all forms in laundry production activities for smooth administration• Review staff attendance and completeness of administration• Evaluate the performance of laundry staff• Check areas, record findings, communicate with relevant departments, and take corrective actions
Requirements
• Maximum age of 45• Minimum high school education• Minimum 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager in Laundry Production or 3 years as Manager in Laundry Production• Knowledge of laundry operations and materials• Good communication and administrative skills• Analytical and detail-oriented• Located in Batam
