Responsibilities- Supervise laundry staff and manage daily operations.
- Ensure all laundry services are carried out to the highest standards.
- Maintain laundry equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Implement safety and sanitation policies.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train new staff members.
- Handling guest complaints regarding laundry service
Requirements
- Educational and Professional Qualification
- Relevant working experiences and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Background and Area of Expertise/Specific Language
- Hotel experience is a plus points.
- Honest, responsible, hard worker and willing to help
- Minimum Years of Experience
- 3-5 years

- Excellent working ethics, having integrity and commitments.
- Familiar with PMS / OPERA system
