Tasks & responsibilities

• Participating in OJT (on-the-job training) programs to learn about company operations and management practices.
• Working closely with experienced managers to understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience in various departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Assisting in implementing new strategies and initiatives under the guidance of a mentor.
• Collaborating with team members on projects and assignments to enhance leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and adaptability to different work environments.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Upholding company policies and values while striving for continuous improvement and professional growth.
