Learning Center Specialist for Retail

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Identify and assess the training needs of the retail business  organization 
2. Create a curriculum & training matrix to facilitate strategic training based on partner’s goals
3. Design and implement training programs to enhance technical and core competencies among employees
4. Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business
5. Manage employee development in cover of Training, Competency and Career Development to retain talent for our business partner

REQUIREMENT : 

1. At Least Diploma Degree
2. Minimum 3 years experience as a Trainer  in Retail Fashion is Preferred
3. Certified as a Trainer
4. Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
5. Strong organizational and project management skills
6. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
7. Pleasant, Confident, Fun & Energetic Personality
8. Willing to travel
