As a Learning Content Developer  intern, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

• Create, proofreading & carrying out quality checks for all copy deliverables includes scripts, captions, and interface texts for learning tutorial videos.
• Work with internal teams to understand the product and the documentation requirements in-depth.
• Work closely with the production team on creative direction for providing video, image assets and make sure deliverables are on time & on brief.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Proactively identify and analyze problems, and apply creative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, and online training methodologies.

Requirements:

• Final year students or fresh-graduate with no class attended;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, psychology, training program, or related area.
• Have a solid skill in content writing and development ;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning and organizing skills with a record of managing complex projects with attention to detail and the ability to take an overview of operations and develop creative solutions
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
